Bill Vanderwater established Norcan Training & Development in 1996.
He has been in the tire service industry for over 40 years.
In 2002, Bill was certified as a Tire Industry Association trainer for the Commercial Vehicle Wheel Service CTS Instructors program.
In 2002, Bill was certified as a Tire Industry Association trainer for the Commercial Vehicle Wheel Service CTS Instructors program.
Bill has completed the Tire Wheel and Rim Mechanic Apprenticeship program provided by the Ontario Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities.
Norcan Training is founded on the belief that persons who install, service and repair tires must be trained in the hazards involved with handling inflated truck tires.
We have trained more than 60 employees of the Ministry of Transportation Remote Northern Airports managers and assistants.
We have conducted training throughout Northwestern Ontario for large and small businesses.
A high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
